Returns & Refunds

Each Encounters: Ethiopia edition is a limited release, individually packed with care. Because of the handcrafted and limited nature of these objects, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged or faulty items: If your order arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact us at stephen@themeridiansociety.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, subject to availability given the limited edition nature of each release.

Order issues: If there is a problem with your order — missing items, incorrect items, or anything else — please reach out to us directly at stephen@themeridiansociety.com and we'll resolve it as quickly as we can.
